Paper Planes

Pacific Autism Family Centre in Richmond, 2016

The Pacific Autism Family Centre is a center of excellence and network of supports for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families across the province. Welcoming visitors to the PAFC, this mural wraps around three walls in the front lobby of the building. Featuring paper airplanes, a motif that continues through the whole building as a metaphor for the goals of the center. We were also inspired by the third-floor view of the North Shore mountains to create a mural that celebrates the natural landscape of the West Coast.
